Jomsom Muktinath Trek


Jomsom, Muktinath is situated north of Pokhara. The route follows the Kaligandaki valley between the soaring peaks of the Annapurna and the Dhaulagiri finally emerging to the north of the main Himalayan range on the dry desert. The final destination is the holy temple of Muktinath, Muktinath is a famous pilgrimage site for the Buddhists as well as for the Hindus where one will be able to see the Tibetan traders as well as the Sadhus from far South of India. You can enjoy natural hot spring at Tatopani and Sunrise from Poonhill on this Trek. From Jomsom you can make your return trip by flight or retrace your steps down the Kaligandaki Valley


Trip Itinerary

DAY 01: Arrival Kathmandu
DAY 02: Kathmandu to pokhara by tourist bus 6 hrs. (30 minutes by flight)
DAY 03: Pokhara to Tikhedhunga/Ulleri
DAY 04: Tikhedhunga/Ulleri to Ghorepani
DAY 05: Ghorepani - Poonhill to Tatopani (hotspring)
DAY 06: Tatopani to Lete
DAY 07: Lete to Marpha
DAY 08: Marpha to Kagbeni to lubra and Jomsom 
DAY 09: Kagbeni to Muktinath
DAY 10: Muktinath to Lubra and Jomsom
Day 11: Jomsom to Pokhara by flight
Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu
Day 13: End trip Back to Home
